IVS ScreenCam

Used to capture desktop activity

  • Click on desktop icon to launch the software
  • Click on IVS Screencam to launch it
  • Choose to "Record to SWF" or "Record to AVI" (in our demo we use "Record to SWF")
  • Click Options > Keybord Shortcuts (better to use keyboard shortcuts to start and stop, instead of using the mouse as this would also be recorded)
  • Options > Enable Autopan
  • Region > Choose region according to your preference
  • Then click the red record button to start the recording
  • When recording stops it opens the flash options window that give pretty much everything you can modify on the videos
  • Then finish making the video, maybe show them the embedded file

    You do not need any expertise to create a top-notch high quality multi-media presentation fully embedded with flash file and ready to publish to the web or burn to a CD.


IVS VideoCam
 
Requires a web cam and captures you on video as you demonstrate screen activity. You can also use it to record a video presentation.

  • Click on desktop icon to launch the software
  • Click on IVS VideoCam to launch it (it opens together with IVS ScreenCam)
  • Position it in the screen you are recording
  • Record by clicking on
  • Rest like the IVS Screencam


IVS Flash Creator
 
Used to create flash-embedded HTML files ready to put on the web from .avi files (commonly created on windows computers)

  • Click on desktop icon to launch the software
  • Click on IVS Flash Creator to launch it
  • Click File > Open to open a .avi file
  • Show you can play the file
  • File > Convert to Swf
  • (rest like IVS Screencam)

    IVS Flash creator allows you to put high quality videos on the web with no special skills at all.


IVS CD Menu Creator
 
Allows you to create a physical product of the video demonstrations you have made by creating autorun files ready to burn into CD or DVD

  • Click on desktop icon to launch the software
  • Click on IVS CD Menu Creator to launch it
  • Click "Create New Project", click no in the resulting window since there's no previous project
  • Give it a name
  • Click to add a new item (.swf files)
  • Name the new item
  • (you can choose to add or not to add another item)
  • Click to create the cd
  • Browse to desktop (preferable)
  • Saved in folder called Untitled (they can rename it)
  • Open it to show the contents inside

    The files produced by IVS CD Menu Creator are ready to burn into a CD or DVD that you can distribute to your clients along with your products. These are auto-run (run automatically when inserted into the computer) files that you can use to demonstrate how your product works.
